Biz into Ai is seeking motivated and self-driven Remote Sales Representatives to help introduce AI-powered receptionist solutions to service-based businesses across the United States.

Our systems help businesses stop missing calls, book more jobs, and improve customer response times through advanced AI receptionist technology.

This is a remote, commission-focused role with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to service-based businesses through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
• Introduce potential clients to our AI receptionist services and explain how the system helps capture missed calls and book more jobs
• Conduct demo calls and answer questions regarding features, pricing, and implementation
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Track outreach activity, leads, and follow-ups within CRM systems and spreadsheets
• Work independently to generate new business opportunities and close deals
• Collaborate with management regarding sales strategies, feedback, and lead generation efforts
• Stay organized and maintain consistent communication with the team

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2+ years of sales, customer service, appointment setting, or outbound outreach experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM software, Google Sheets, or sales tools is a plus
• Experience with home-service industries, SaaS, or technology sales is a plus but not required

Additional Information:
This is a fully remote role. Candidates are encouraged to prospect and network within their local market when beneficial. Familiarity with local service businesses and relationship-building within your area is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
