We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Remote Sales Specialist to join our expanding sales team. Duties
- Conduct outbound cold calls and engage in direct sales activities to prospective clients across assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts through effective relationship building, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop new business opportunities via lead generation strategies, marketing campaigns, and networking efforts.
- Deliver compelling product demos tailored to client needs to facilitate B2B and retail sales.
- Utilize CRM software like Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer data, and analyzing sales performance metrics.
- Negotiate terms and close deals by applying strong sales techniques and understanding client requirements.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Collaborate with management on territory management plans and strategic initiatives to expand market reach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and account management.
- Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, lead generation, product demos, upselling, and customer service.
- Familiarity with Medical Billing is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct effective cold calling and inside sales activities.
- Demonstrated success in managing territories and developing new business opportunities through strategic planning.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high motivation levels.
- Prior experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze sales data for continuous improvement strategies.
