Remote Sales/Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of service.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to document interactions and analyze customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
• Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
• Strong analysis skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
• Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed while engaging with customers.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
