Parallel is expanding our Provider Network to better support schools this year and beyond. We’re looking for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (part-time or full-time) who want meaningful, flexible work helping K–12 students thrive. What You’ll Do

• Deliver virtual therapy and conduct SLP evaluations
• Create treatment plans and set clear IEP goals with your team
• Track student progress and adjust strategies to support growth
• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and school teams
• Complete IEPs, reports, and eligibility documentation
• Collaborate with educators and specialists to address student needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student-centered decisions

What You’ll Need

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience with IEP therapy and evaluations
• Experience in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
• Strong communication skills and cultural responsiveness
• Availability during school hours, Monday–Friday
• Comfort with teletherapy tools and digital platforms

Compensation
Pay can vary depending on state and language skills, and this role is 1099 only. A Clinical Recruiter can walk you through the full breakdown and answer any questions you may have about compensation.
