We’re hiring a Texas-based Senior Litigation Attorney who has experience in State and federal court system. We are a firm that believes in Service as an Honor- not a privilege. We are happy to negotiate, but we will not run from a fight.

This is a role that needs to be filled by a senior attorney who is ready to help lead a firm by training our next generation and beyond.

Litigation spans:

Family Law | Probate and Contests | Personal Injury | Contracts | Civil Rights

Your Role

  • Help lead and train litigation teams
  • Represent clients in court
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery
  • Supervise staff, manage cases, lead trial prep
  • Use firm tech (MyCase, Office 365, Zoom)

Qualifications

  • Must live in Texas and hold a valid Texas Bar license
  • 8+ years litigation experience
  • Proven Leadership
  • No Toxic Leadership Method
  • Strong Ethics and Moral Character
  • Courtroom confidence, strong writing, and case strategy
  • Federal experience a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
