Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
* Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content that showcases our landscape design, installation, and maintenance projects.
* Write compelling copy for social media posts, blog articles, and other digital marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
* Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant material.
* Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
* Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to guide strategy and report on key metrics.
* Collaborate with our landscaping team to capture project details and create authentic "before and after" content.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

Qualifications

* Proven professional experience in social media management and content creation.
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in content creation and social media campaign management.
* Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and content creation applications (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment.
