Genç Dental International is a specialist dental clinic based in Istanbul, working with local and international patients. We focus on advanced implant treatments, full-mouth rehabilitation, All-on-4 / All-on-6 treatments, smile design and patient-centred dental care.

We are looking for a reliable remote social media video editor to turn raw clinic footage into high-quality videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital platforms.

The raw content will be filmed by our in-house team. Your role will be to edit, polish and prepare the videos for publication in a fast, professional and visually consistent way.

Main Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and Stories
• Add subtitles, captions, titles, transitions and simple motion graphics when needed
• Select the strongest moments from raw footage
• Improve pacing, sound, light, colour and visual flow
• Create clean, premium and trustworthy healthcare-related content
• Edit English content and, when possible, Turkish raw content
• Follow our brand style and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Deliver edits quickly and reliably
• Make revisions based on feedback

Requirements

• Experience editing short-form social media videos
• Good knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software
• Ability to edit videos in English
• Good subtitle and caption design skills
• Strong sense of timing, music, storytelling and visual flow
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Reliable with deadlines
• Turkish language skills are a strong advantage but not strictly required

Content Style

Our content should feel professional, warm, trustworthy, premium, human and clean.

It should not feel overly salesy, exaggerated, cheap, aggressive or “viral at any cost”.

We are looking for someone who can balance emotional storytelling with medical professionalism.
