With a strong focus on quality workmanship and reliable service, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Support Chat Agent to join our team. This is a Full-Time, remote position open to candidates based in the United States.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and information through our live chat platform. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. This role offers an annual salary range of $45,000 - $85,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via live chat.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our construction services, project timelines, and company policies.
* Assist clients in navigating our services and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions.
* Gather client feedback to help our team improve our services and customer experience.
* Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client journey.
* Stay informed about the company’s full range of services and internal procedures.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer support, chat agent, or a similar client-facing role.
* Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* A patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour at all times.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
* Previous experience or a keen interest in the construction industry is highly desirable but not essential.
