- Drive hiring results: Hit monthly hiring goals and build a strong, qualified pipeline of future agents.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience: Communicate with candidates at every stage, from info sessions to post-offer follow-ups.
- Facilitate interviews: Schedule, conduct, and document phone interviews, forward qualified candidates to final interviews, and manage interview calendars across stakeholders.
- Coordinate interview logistics: Host virtual info sessions, send out Calendly links, update confirmation statuses, and maintain clean, accurate UKG documentation.
- Prepare and extend offers: Draft offer letters, verify candidate details, and initiate onboarding workflows in collaboration with HR and TAC.
- Ensure pre-start compliance: Confirm background checks, licensing status, and onboarding form completion prior to each start date.
- Support onboarding experience: Add new hires to the BDR and onboarding trackers, host welcome activities such as Coffee & Tea Breaks, and follow up with missing or no-show candidates.
- Maintain systems & reporting: Upload all feedback forms, interview documentation, and tracker updates daily in UKG and internal sheets.
- Manage job postings: Post roles to Indeed and UKG, ensure accurate state targeting, and track candidates through our selection process.
- Spot trends and share insights: Collaborate with the TA team to discuss data, identify recruitment trends, and implement process improvements.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, or 6+ years of related success in a B2C, performance-based role (e.g., inside sales)
- Experience operating independently and meeting performance goals with minimal oversight
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred) and calendar tools like Outlook and Calendly

- Event Facilitation: Confident hosting info sessions, new hire check-ins, and culture-based touchpoints like Coffee & Tea Breaks.
- Time Management: Capable of balancing multiple open roles, meetings, and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in resolving scheduling conflicts, candidate issues, or onboarding delays.
- Team Collaboration: Works cross-functionally with TAC, HR, hiring managers, and other TA partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.
