Summary:

The Remote Tech Support Specialist provides virtual technical assistance to customers and internal users by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. This role is ideal for individuals with troubleshooting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical support requests remotely
  • Assist users with software installations and system access
  • Troubleshoot hardware, internet, and application issues
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and ticket updates
  • Escalate advanced technical concerns when necessary
  • Provide professional customer service during all interactions


Qualifications:
