New Health Labs is a fast-growing telemedicine company transforming how people access medication-assisted treatment for alcohol use disorder. We're not a startup burning through VC money - we're a profitable, mission-driven company with real patient demand that we can't keep up with. That's why we're hiring. Less than 10% of people suffering from AUD are taking any kind of medication to help. We wish to change this while also offering other options for treatment such as a bundled app, daily breathalyzer and weekly coaching sessions.

We serve two audiences: people with clinical AUD who need medical intervention, and the growing "sober curious" population (Gen X and millennials realizing hangovers hit different after 30) who want to moderate their drinking. Both audiences are underserved. Both audiences are desperate for what we offer. Both audiences have insurance that covers it.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We need physicians who are already credentialed with major insurers (BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna) to join our provider network as 1099 contractors. You bring your NPI and your existing insurance credentials. We bring the patients, the platform, and handle all the admin. You focus on clinical care. You make serious money.

Here's why this is different from every other telehealth gig:

Month 1: Initial consultations pay $147.60 per visit (60% of $246 UHC rate)- 3 initial visits/day = $442.80/day- 5 days/week = $2,214/week- That's $115,000/year just from initial visits

Month 2+: Recurring revenue that compounds- Every patient you see becomes a recurring revenue source- Chronic Care Management (CCM) + Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) codes = $100-$125 per patient per month- 20 patients = $2,000-$2,500/month in recurring async income- 30 patients = $3,000-$3,750/month in recurring async income

HOW IT WORKSYou see patients through our HIPAA-compliant platform. You bill under your own NPI at full insurance rates. We handle claim submission, payment collection, and pay you 60% within 30 days.Initial visits generate $147-$210 per patient depending on code and payer. Ongoing care generates recurring monthly revenue as patients continue their treatment. The more patients you onboard, the more your monthly income compounds without proportionally more hours.You choose how to practice: video, async, or a mix of both. Most providers optimize for what works best for their schedule and income goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Currently credentialed (paneled) with at least one major commercial insurer: BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, or Cigna

- Active, unrestricted medical license in 2+ states (preferred: CA, NY, TX, FL, MA, PA, IL, OH, GA, NC, MI, CT, DC, LA, NH, ME - but we consider all states)

- DEA license in practicing states

- Experience prescribing Naltrexone or other AUD medications preferred but not required (we provide protocols)

- Comfortable with Telehealth and possible async care models

SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY

Completely flexible. Set your own availability through our scheduling system. Minimum commitment: 5 hours/week (though most providers work more). Work mornings, evenings, weekends - whatever fits. Async work can be done anytime from anywhere. Work as many hours as you want.
