As we significantly scale our clinical operations, we are seeking Board-Certified Physicians who are passionate about leveraging technology to deliver exceptional care. What You Will Do
- Deliver High-Quality Virtual Care: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care primarily through asynchronous chat and synchronous video visits.
- Collaborative Patient Management: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including triage nurses, specialized practitioners, and care coordinators, to ensure holistic patient journeys.
- Clinical Coordination: Efficiently manage all necessary clinical tasks, including generating lab and imaging requests, processing specialist referrals, and coordinating follow-up care.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHR) and utilize contemporary communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zendesk) to streamline team communication and clinical documentation. Experience with AthenaHealth is advantageous.
- Influence Care Delivery: Act as a clinical subject matter expert, participating in cross-functional collaboration with the Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to continuously refine and optimize our service delivery model.
What You Will Bring
- Certification: Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Licensure: Active medical license in the U.S., with licensure. Compact license holders are a definite bonus.
- Experience: Previous experience in providing telehealth or remote care services is highly preferred.
- Location: Must be based in the U.S.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $130.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
