Remote Telesales Specialist

Willow Advertising Co. is a Birmingham-based advertising company specializing in direct mail marketing, local menu advertising, print campaigns, and website solutions for small businesses. We help local businesses generate consistent exposure and measurable results in their communities.

We are expanding and looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to grow with us.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor sales position. You will be responsible for generating new advertising partnerships with local businesses in your assigned territory.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, has strong communication skills, and wants unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect local businesses (restaurants, service providers, retail, etc.)

• Present Willow’s advertising solutions

• Close new advertising accounts

• Maintain relationships with clients

• Manage your own schedule and territory

Compensation

• 100% commission-based

• Competitive commission structure

• Recurring revenue opportunities

• Performance bonuses available

• Paid weekly on closed accounts

Income potential varies based on performance. Motivated reps can earn $2,000–$6,000+ per month.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and disciplined

• Comfortable with face-to-face and phone sales

• Strong communication skills

• Sales experience preferred but not required

• Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor

• Must have a cell phone
