Remote Telesales Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a fully remote role focused on selling a powerful, all-in-one CRM and Business Automation platform. Your primary goal will be to connect with small-to-medium business owners, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how our software solution can streamline their growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Perform high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and qualified leads.
• Product Discovery: Consult with business owners to identify gaps in their current lead management and communication workflows.
• Software Presentations: Conduct remote demonstrations of the platform’s features, including automation, CRM tools, and unified messaging.
• Pipeline Management: Diligently follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Accuracy: Maintain clean records of call outcomes and lead status within our internal CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound telesales, inside sales, or B2B business development.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience selling software (SaaS), digital marketing services, or CRM tools is highly preferred.
• Communication Powerhouse: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
• Technical Setup: Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
• Resilience: A "hunter" mindset with the ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a high-activity environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month.
