Remote Therapist (LPC-IT or APSW) – Supervision Provided

We are seeking a part-time remote post-graduate therapist in training (LPC-IT or APSW) to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adults.

This role may be a great fit for clinicians completing supervised post-graduate experience and who are interested in building skills in working with neurodivergent adults and individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities.

Clinical supervision toward Wisconsin licensure is provided by an experienced licensed psychologist. Supervised clinical hours completed in this role may count toward required post-graduate experience for licensure.

Ideal for clinicians completing post-graduate supervised experience toward LPC or LCSW licensure in Wisconsin.

We are particularly interested in clinicians who value neurodiversity-affirming, disability-affirming, and evidence-based care.

About Our Practice

Neurodiversity & Disability Affirming Therapy Ltd. is a mental health practice specializing in therapy for:

  • ADHD
  • Autism
  • OCD
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • PTSD and trauma
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Psychosis
  • Chronic medical conditions and disabilities

Many of the individuals we serve have historically had difficulty accessing clinicians who understand neurodiversity or chronic illness. Our practice aims to expand access to affirming, evidence-based mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
  • Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record
  • Participate in supervision required for licensure
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
  • Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate

Compensation

  • Up to $32 per completed 53–60 minute client or clinical supervision session
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Minimum availability of 8 client openings per week

Qualifications

Candidates must:

  • Hold or be eligible for a Wisconsin LPC-IT or APSW license
  • Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling, social work, or psychology
  • Be comfortable providing telehealth psychotherapy
  • Have interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and people with chronic illness or disability

Clinicians with backgrounds in rehabilitation counseling or training in disability and chronic illness are especially encouraged to apply.

Preferred but not required:

  • Prior psychotherapy experience
  • Training in CBT, ACT, or related evidence-based therapies
  • Experience working with neurodivergent or disability communities

Psychologists in training (e.g., postdoctoral fellows or individuals completing supervised experience toward psychologist licensure) may also be considered if eligible to practice under supervision in Wisconsin.
