Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced PHP and Laravel Trainer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in both technologies. As a trainer, you will be responsible for conducting live online classes, helping students understand PHP and Laravel concepts, guiding them through various projects, and answering their queries. You should have excellent communication skills and experience in teaching or training, preferably in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online training sessions on PHP and Laravel for beginners to advanced learners.
• Teach the fundamentals of PHP, Laravel framework, object-oriented programming, database management, MVC architecture, and more.
• Explain key development concepts and principles in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Provide hands-on coding exercises and real-world project examples to enhance student learning.
• Guide and support students during projects, helping them debug and implement features.
• Answer questions and clarify doubts during classes and through follow-up communication.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Deliver the training in a timely and professional manner, following the course structure provided by the team.
• Handle multiple classes and training sessions as assigned.
• Collaborate with the team to improve course content and teaching methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel framework, database management, MVC architecture, and modern web development best practices.
• Proven experience in developing real-world applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly recommended.
• Ability to teach effectively in an online, live class setting.
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar video conferencing platforms is a plus.
• A passion for helping others learn and grow their technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, and REST APIs.
• Previous experience in project-based teaching or mentoring.
