Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Sr. Brand Executive to serve as a Virtual Marketing Officer for one of our key international clients. This role requires someone with a strong grasp of social media strategy, content creation, community management, and data-driven marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create and manage detailed content calendars featuring original posts, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
- Develop region-specific content (copy, graphics, short videos) that aligns with the client's brand identity and voice.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the assigned client: assess needs, communicate strategy, and provide regular performance updates.
- Track campaign performance, conduct competitor research, and optimize strategy based on insights and analytics.
- Work closely with internal departments including design, creative, performance marketing, and tech to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Manage community engagement: schedule posts, respond to comments, and build strong brand-consumer relationships.
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts and apply SEO best practices to all digital content to improve search engine visibility.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to generate reports and refine strategy.
- Manage engagement across social forums and online communities to build loyalty and brand advocacy.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with International clients.
- Proven experience in social accounts management and marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Excellent content creation skills, with a proven ability to develop engaging, creative, and relatable content tailored to different audiences and regions.
- Solid research skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media trends and competitor strategies.
- Strong client management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, prioritize tasks efficiently with the ability to work independently within a remote team.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media trends, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with social media tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
