MajeStay Tourism is looking for a Remote Visa Operations Executive to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

· Proven experience handling UAE Visit Visas

· Strong hands-on experience using NINTHWARE system (main user level preferred)

· Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)

· Strong understanding of UAE visa documentation, processes, and immigration procedures

· Ability to manage visa applications accurately and efficiently under pressure

· Strong communication and follow-up skills

· Attention to detail and fast turnaround mindset

Responsibilities:

- Processing UAE visit visa applications from start to finish

- Managing applications through the NINTHWARE platform

- Reviewing and verifying documentation

- Coordinating with internal teams and partners

- Monitoring approvals, rejections, amendments, and overstay risks

- Ensuring compliance with UAE visa regulations and company SOPs

Preferred:

Travel & tourism industry experience

Experience working with B2B travel agents

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Pay: From E£15,000.00 per month
