Remote WFH Experienced Chat Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Advisor to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for our online clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through digital chat channels. You will play a vital role in managing initial enquiries, providing valuable information, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in residential property. This role is crucial for converting online interest into qualified leads for our team of real estate agents.

Responsibilities

 

• Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound client enquiries via our live chat platform.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding property listings, our services, and general real estate processes.
• Skillfully qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to understand client needs and motivations.
• Schedule property viewings and consultations between clients and our real estate agents.
• Maintain precise and organised records of all client interactions and communications in our CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with real estate agents to ensure a smooth handover of qualified clients and relevant information.
• Uphold the professional standards and positive reputation of Four Seasons Residential Realty in every interaction.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in a chat support, online customer service, or a similar digital communications role.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on both speed and accuracy.
• The ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• A self-motivated and disciplined individual who can work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other digital communication tools is desirable.
