Remote Work Comp Depo Attorney

Our firm is in immediate need of an attorney to cover our workers’ comp depositions and some work comp hearings (although primarily depositions). This is a REMOTE position.

We currently have about 4-8 depositions per week that would need to be covered.

Full time position may become available later for the right candidate.

Experience: Preferred to have at least 6 months of work comp experience.

Qualifications: MUST be licensed attorney

Qualities:

• Must be dependable and relatable
• Must be good with clients
• Must care about the clients

Job:

You will primarily cover our work comp depos. Sometimes there may be hearings. We will provide training as needed.

Language: Fluent Spanish is great, but not required.
