Virtual Assistant Cold Caller (Remote)

Trinity Flooring is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant Cold Caller to help grow our business by connecting with contractors, builders, and business owners across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to contractors and businesses daily
• Introduce and promote our flooring, cabinets, and construction material products
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
• Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM
• Set qualified appointments and identify sales opportunities

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Professional phone presence and positive attitude
• Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
