About the Job:


The Renewal Administrator is a strategic contributor responsible for managing a high volume of contract renewals while driving customer retention, account growth, and operational excellence. This role requires strong negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven mindset to ensure renewals are executed efficiently and aligned with customer value.


Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate renewals in a way that benefits both the company and the customer , making sure contracts are valuable and customers stay happy and trusting.
  • Help grow customer accounts by working with your team to spot new opportunities when contracts are being renewed.
  • Keep track of upcoming renewals in your area , and let your team know if any seem risky so you can work together to fix potential issues.
  • Work closely with other departments like sales, customer support, pricing, legal, and product teams to plan for successful contract renewals.
  • Solve different types of problems by looking at data and figuring out what matters most.
  • Follow company procedures carefully , especially when managing opportunities, keeping data clean, using CRM tools, creating quotes, and making forecasts.
  • Meet your financial goals , including revenue, bookings, and billing targets.
  • Review your list of accounts regularly to focus your time on the ones that will give the best results.
  • Use customer data and behavior to understand how likely each renewal is to succeed.


Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of experience in renewals, customer success, sales operations, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
