Renovation Foreman (Villas) – Finishing & Fit-Out

• Hiring an experienced Renovation Foreman to manage villa renovation and finishing works from demolition through snagging and handover. The role requires strong site leadership, quality control, scheduling, and coordination of multiple finishing trades.​
• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise full villa renovation activities: demolition, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, screed, tiling, painting, gypsum/ceilings, joinery/woodwork, doors/ironmongery, and final fit-out.​
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and site labor; assign daily tasks, control productivity, and track attendance.​
• Ensure finishing quality meets approved drawings/specs; perform inspections and manage snags to close-out.​
• Coordinate with MEP teams for final fix (ceiling closures, cutouts, fixtures, testing readiness) to avoid rework.​
• Maintain progress versus schedule, report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager, and support on-time handover.​
• Enforce site safety and housekeeping standards and ensure teams follow OSH/safety guidelines.​
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Foreman / Finishing Foreman / Renovation Foreman on villa projects in Dubai or UAE (renovation + finishing works).​
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate works across trades to achieve high-quality finishes.​
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills (teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and management).​
• Experience controlling materials, manpower, and basic site documentation (daily reports, snag lists).​
• Preferred
• UAE driving license (advantage for multi-site villa work).​
• Immediate or short-notice availability.
