Role Overview
We are hiring a Professional Renovation Project Supervisor to oversee our renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have solid site management experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent coordination skills. A valid UAE driving license is a must, as the role requires site visits and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day renovation activities and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate and manage multi-trade teams (MEP, HVAC, tiling, painting, carpentry, etc.).
• Plan project schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Inspect and approve work at different stages to maintain premium standards.
• Communicate with clients, facility management, and suppliers as required.
• Provide daily/weekly project progress reports to management.
• Handle problem-solving on-site to avoid delays or rework.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Supervisor / Site Engineer / Foreman in renovation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in renovation, MEP, HVAC, and finishing works.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication and leadership skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
• Professional, reliable, and highly organized.
