**Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all remodeling projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

-Detailed interior remodeler with skills in trim, doors, moldings, cabinetry, and woodworking.

-Experience and understanding of residential additions

-Experience and skills in metal framing and suspended ceilings

-Experience in tile work is desired but not required

-Experience in minor electrical to include lighting changes and device installs is desired

-Experience with standard framing practices such as door and window openings

- Operating a variety of power tools and hand tools.

- Installing and repairing roofing, siding, and other exterior finishes.

- Installing and finishing drywall, flooring, hardware and fixtures

- Painting and finishing interior surfaces.

- Conducting finishing work, including caulking and grouting.

- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on remodeling and renovation projects.

- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents. - Proficiency with a wide range of power tools and hand tools.

- A proven track record of delivering high-quality remodeling projects on time and within budget. **Skills** - Strong experience with remodeling and renovation projects..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
