Al Maraya Cars & Bus Rental is one of the leading car rental companies in the UAE, offering a wide range of vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Car Rental Agent in Abu Dhabi to join our team and help us deliver seamless rental experiences to our clients.

• Greet and assist customers, providing information on available vehicles and rental terms.
• Handle reservations, walk-in customers, and corporate bookings efficiently.
• Promote rental services, upsell insurance, and other value-added products.
• Verify customer documents (ID, driving license, credit card, etc.) in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare rental agreements and ensure accuracy of contract details.
• Inspect vehicles with customers before and after rental, recording condition reports.
• Coordinate with operations team for vehicle availability, delivery, and returns.
• Process payments, deposits, and refunds securely and accurately.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality service.
• Maintain sales records, daily reports, and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the car rental industry in the UAE (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE driving regulations and rental procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and rental management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure.
• Fluent in English (Arabic and additional languages are a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
