Rental Agent

Job Summary:

We are hiring Real Estate Rental Agents across Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for entry-level agents, newly licensed agents, or individuals currently pursuing a Connecticut real estate license.

Our team provides high-quality inbound rental leads, including both Section 8 tenants and cash-paying renters, along with automated systems that handle follow-up and lead management. Agents focus on client communication, property showings, and closing rental transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and follow up with inbound rental leads
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Assist clients with rental applications and approvals
• Work with landlords and property managers
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM software

Qualifications:

• Connecticut Real Estate License (required or in progress)

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with Section 8 / housing programs

Compensation Details:

• Commission-based pay structure
• Earnings based on number of closed rental transactions
• High-performing agents can earn $5,000–$15,000+ per month

Work Location:

• Field-based (property showings) + remote communication

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Weekend availability recommended

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
