Rental Agent-Property Management

Are you a LICENSED Texas Real Estate Agent with a passion for helping people find their perfect home to lease? We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Agent with exceptional customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate industry.

Applicant MUST have an ACTIVE TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE to be considered for this position.

After 1-year of employment, employer will pay 1-week salary for vacation time.

Position will be required to perform the following duties Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

• Valid Texas Real Estate License REQUIRED to be considered for this position
• Ensure full compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and all Fair Housing Laws
• Familiar with Zip Forms
• Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Exhibit strong customer service and organizational skills in one-on-one settings, emails, phone conversations and texts
• Engage with prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and handle inquiries professionally
• Process lease applications, screen prospective tenants, and prepare lease agreements
• Coordinate with all applicable parties to ensure a smooth tenant move-in and a high level of tenant and property owner satisfaction
• Maintain organized workload daily
• Effectively communicate with service industry vendors and property owners
• Exhibit problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work well with other team members and individually
