We Are Hiring – Rental Coordinator (Holiday Homes Division) 🌟
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our growing Holiday Homes team!
We are looking for a Rental Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, guest communication, property bookings, and coordination with housekeeping & maintenance teams.
If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality—this role is for you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and check-in/check-out coordination
• Manage reservations across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Ensure properties are clean, prepared, and ready for guest arrivals
• Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance teams
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and quick response times
• Support marketing team with property listings and updates
• Prepare daily/weekly occupancy and revenue reports
🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in holiday homes / hotel / hospitality preferred
• Strong English communication (additional languages is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle guests professionally
• Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and similar platforms is an advantage
