Rental Coordinator-Transport

Job description:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of materials, equipment, and supplies across our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and resources to and from project sites.
• Track deliveries, resolve logistical delays, and ensure timely supply chain operations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inbound/outbound movements of materials.
• Ensure proper documentation such as GRNs, delivery notes, and transportation permits are prepared and maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and assist the procurement team with timely reordering.
• Comply with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Suggest process improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably with a transport background and exposure to infrastructure or construction projects.
• Familiarity with inventory software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
