Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Rental Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by generating high-quality leads for both prospective rental properties to add to our management portfolio and potential tenants for our available units. This role is crucial for driving the growth and success of our property management services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new property owner clients and prospective tenants.
* Utilise a variety of channels, including online research, social media, digital marketing campaigns, and networking, to source new leads.
* Qualify leads against established criteria to ensure they align with our business objectives.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads within our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Collaborate closely with the property management team to understand current and future inventory and leasing requirements.
* Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all lead generation activities.
* Nurture relationships with potential clients and provide them with relevant information about our services.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in a lead generation, sales, or business development role, ideally within the real estate or property management industry.
* A strong understanding of lead generation techniques and digital marketing tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
* Highly self-motivated, with a demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with the US rental market is highly advantageous.
