We are seeking an energetic and experienced Licensed Broker / Rental Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team and head up the leasing requirements of our book of rental units. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in property leasing, customer service, and legal administrative procedures will ensure a seamless experience for applicants while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines. Duties

• Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed information about available properties and community amenities to generate interest and facilitate leasing decisions
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits while addressing questions confidently to upsell units effectively
• Manage the entire leasing process from application intake to lease signing, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards including landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
• Utilize property management software such for applicant screening, and maintaining accurate leasing records
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition prior to move-in and handle property maintenance requests efficiently
• Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewals with applicants while resolving conflicts professionally to foster positive relationships
• Support administrative functions such as filing, phone etiquette, conflict management, and customer relationship management to enhance tenant satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
• Must have real estate license.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with strong negotiation abilities to upsell units and resolve conflicts effectively
• Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and contract management is essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills along with conflict management capabilities to handle tenant concerns professionally

Pay: $10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
