Rental Manager
Sun Realty is seeking an experienced Rental Manager to lead daily office operations and support the continued success of our vacation rental program. This role provides leadership to the rental team while ensuring excellent service to both homeowners and guests. The Rental Manager is responsible for maintaining a positive, productive office environment while ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required. Must have a good attitude, the ability to work well with others and have high personal integrity. Reliability and confidentiality are also essential. Able to make decisions when circumstances arise that require action.
Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment; Licensed by NC Real Estate Commission, current and in good standing; member of REALTORS®.
Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted, climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.

Hours: 40 Hours per week, 5 days (Saturday and Sunday, some evening work possible). Regular, punctual attendance required.
Compensation: Pay based on experience and proven ability, determined by Senior Vice President of Property Management.
