Rental Manager
Parish Tractor is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-driven Rental Manager to lead and grow our rental department in Pensacola, FL! This role oversees rental operations, fleet performance, team development, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day rental operations, including scheduling, contracts, and invoicing
- Maintain and optimize rental fleet availability, utilization, and condition
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely maintenance and repairs
- Grow rental revenue and customer retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors
- Train, coach, and support rental team members to meet performance goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements
- Monitor KPIs such as utilization, revenue, and equipment downtime
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years experience in equipment rental, dealership operations, or a related industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of Kubota equipment or similar brands is a strong plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make business-driven decisions
- Proficiency in computer systems and rental software (or ability to learn)
