Parish Tractor is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-driven Rental Manager to lead and grow our rental department in Pensacola, FL! This role oversees rental operations, fleet performance, team development, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2+ years experience in equipment rental, dealership operations, or a related industry (preferred)

Knowledge of Kubota equipment or similar brands is a strong plus
