Job Overview

PurePM is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Rental Property Listing and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling property listings and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants.

This is a Part-Time position based in United, West Virginia, United States.

Responsibilities

 

• Write engaging, accurate, and persuasive property descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
• Create, manage, and update property listings across various online portals and marketing channels.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for individual properties to minimise vacancy periods.
• Collaborate with property managers to gather all necessary information, including photos and property details.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and effective positioning of rental listings.
• Monitor the performance of listings and adjust strategies as needed to improve visibility and enquiry rates.
• Ensure all marketing materials are professional, on-brand, and compliant with fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably within the property or real estate sector.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with online property listing platforms and social media marketing techniques.
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and marketing challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in standard office software and digital marketing tools.
