Rental / Sales Agent - Real Estate

A well-established real estate company in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking experienced and motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team.

We are looking for confident, target-driven professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. The company provides fresh daily leads to support your performance and help you achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with fresh daily leads provided by the company.

Present available properties to potential clients.

Arrange and conduct property viewings.

Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

Requirements

Previous real estate experience within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Fluent in Arabic and English

Professional appearance and excellent client service skills.
