Job Summary:

The Rental Section Manager/Director is responsible for overseeing all rental operations, maximizing occupancy rates, increasing revenue, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the rental portfolio. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

* Oversee daily rental operations and property leasing activities.

* Ensure all rental units are occupied and maintained to company standards.

* Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and tenant documentation.

* Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and handovers.

Business Development

* Develop strategies to increase occupancy and rental revenue.

* Identify new rental opportunities and market trends.

* Build relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.

* Negotiate rental agreements and commercial terms.

Sales & Marketing

* Manage property listings across online platforms and social media.

* Develop marketing campaigns to attract prospective tenants.

* Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions.

Financial Management

* Prepare rental budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

* Monitor rental collections and outstanding payments.

* Ensure profitability targets are achieved.

* Approve rental rates and pricing strategies.

Team Leadership

* Lead, train, and supervise rental agents and administrative staff.

* Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Customer Service

* Maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships.

* Resolve escalated customer complaints and disputes.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.

* Minimum 5–10 years of experience in property leasing or rental management.

* Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and leasing procedures.

* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

* UAE driving license preferred.
