A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Rental Supervisor to lead and manage the rentals team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily rental operations, ensure high-quality service to clients, and drive rental performance targets.

This role is perfect for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the rentals team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Coordinate property viewings, rental agreements, and handovers.
• Monitor and follow up on rental inquiries, leads, and client requests.
• Prepare reports on team performance, market trends, and occupancy rates.
• Train, mentor, and motivate rental agents to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate rental management within the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of local rental market regulations and trends.
• Target-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
