Rental Unit Move-Out Cleaner (Individual or Pair)

Job Summary
We are seeking a single or pair of motivated and detail-oriented Rental Unit Move-Out Cleaner to clean vacant apartments and rental properties are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new tenants. Hours for this job are flexible as each unit remains vacant for roughly 2 weeks. Units can be cleaned any time of day or night. The ideal candidate will bring energy, precision, trustworthy andstrong work ethic to every cleaning task, ensuring properties are move-in ready with a fresh, spotless appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental units after tenants move out, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor care to restore units to pristine condition.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas within the units.
• Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during the cleaning process to property management promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

• High attention to detail when cleaning.
• A working and reliable vehicle to travel to cleaning unit sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to work efficiently and properly.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or equipment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
