Rentready Homes: Construction Project Manager- Entry level

About the Role:

Rent Ready Homes is seeking an organized, motivated Project Manager to join our Dallas office. This role is ideal for recent college graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in project management. You’ll work closely with leadership, receive ongoing mentoring, and manage projects with the support of college interns assisting you along the way. Bilingual preferred. Weekly Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across teams
• Work under the guidance of experienced leaders through structured mentoring
• Lead and collaborate with college interns who will assist with assigned projects
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
• Help identify risks and support problem-solving efforts
• Maintain project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduate) preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
