Repackaging Associate - Day Shift

Location: Portland, OR (97211)
FT/PT Status: Full Time
Shift: Day- (Start time) 6:00am (end time will vary from 3pm or 4pm)
Hourly Rate: $16.30hr

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, sorting, and properly staging produce for specific customers
• Follow safety guidelines and using caution in proper lifting techniques
• Handling knives for fruit/ vegetable inspection and onion peeling
• Able to stand at assembly tables for the majority of your shift
• Clean and sanitize area and assist in maintaining cleanliness in warehouse area
• Lift cases of product as they are loaded and off loaded from designated pallets into the assembly area
• Meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment
• Ability to lift between 25 pounds repeatedly and 50 pounds occasionally
• Basic English comprehension required
• Able to stand for 10+ hours
• Work in a chilled/wet environment between 34°-55°
