To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Repair and Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and ensure optimal performance of our fleet.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of our extensive fleet. This role requires a seasoned professional with leadership qualities, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to establish and manage a fully functional workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the repair and maintenance of a fleet of 120+ vehicles.

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure fleet reliability and reduce downtime.

· Establish and maintain a fully equipped and efficient workshop at Hazira, Surat.

· Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and operational issues.

· Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of tools, spare parts, and equipment.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and performance metrics.

· Provide training and skill development programs for workshop staff.

Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in managing repair and maintenance operations, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

· Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Experience in setting up and managing workshops.

· Excellent knowledge of fleet maintenance practices, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.
