• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of all security products, including but not limited to CCTV systems, access control, biometric devices, alarm systems, intercoms, and intrusion detection systems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of installed security systems through routine maintenance and responsive repairs.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on all security systems and equipment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues in security systems, including hardware and software faults.
• Install, test, and configure new security devices or components when necessary.
• Maintain documentation of service records, maintenance activities, and repair logs.
• Coordinate with vendors or manufacturers for warranty repairs or part replacements.
• Ensure all systems comply with applicable safety and security standards.
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Train clients or end-users on the operation and basic troubleshooting of security equipment.
• Update firmware and software of electronic security devices as required.
• Perform site assessments to recommend system upgrades or preventive maintenance schedules.
