Job Description: Repair & Maintenance Executive

The Repair & Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and performance of the electric vehicle (EV) fleet through timely servicing, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. The role focuses on maximizing vehicle uptime and supporting efficient fleet operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate regular servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance for the EV fleet.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EV components such as motors, batteries, wiring systems, and controllers
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules using fleet data and reports.Ensure all vehicles comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed service records, asset history, and life-cycle documentation. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, spare parts, and warranty support.
• Conduct inspections and site audits to ensure long-term system performance. Support cost-control initiatives by optimizing maintenance and reducing operational expenses.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, or EV servicing
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Good vendor coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with fleet management tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
