Florida Leisure Pool & Spa is hiring Pool Repair Technicians to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair pool & spa equipment (pumps, heaters, automation, etc.)
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate clearly with customers and team
• Deliver clean, professional service work

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mechanical repair (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, RV, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Good communication skills (you’ll interact with customers daily)
• Basic hand tools (we will provide specialty tools)

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Clean driving record, no DUIs, suspension, or careless driving tickets
• Clean background, and able to pass drug screening
• Reliable transportation

Pay & Schedule

• Starts at $20/hour + performance-based commission
• Top techs can earn more
• Full-time, year-round, part-time available
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start
