Replenishment Associate

As a Replenishment Associate at Vox Fulfillment, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy and responding promptly to operational needs, contributing to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations. This position is responsible for utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately move products into designated pick locations, verify inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and maintain a clean and organized replenishment area.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately and promptly move products into designated pick locations.
• Verify that all products are stored in the correct locations with accurate quantities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies reported by operations and the cycle count team, ensuring accurate reporting to the Replenishment Supervisor.
• Assist in the relocation of items within the warehouse as needed.
• Check and maintain accurate and up-to-date logical locations within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the replenishment area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory status and operational issues.
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

QualificationsMust-Have Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

• Monday – Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
