Replenishment Associate

Real Simple Ideas, LLC, located in Orlando, FL, is a product development, R&D, and prototyping facility with an established partnership with the themed entertainment and merchandise industry.

We seek an energetic Replenishment Associate with strong hospitality skills, a customer service focus, who likes to keep active, to be responsible for processing counts of product movement at multiple retail locations across the Themed Parks. Candidate must have previous themed park experience, with NO restrictions on access entry to the theme parks. Must also have a valid driver’s license, as travel to different themed park locations is required.

Candidate must also be flexible with hours availability, as shifts can vary based on park openings and closures timeframes.

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Counts product movement for multiple retail locations across the theme parks daily.
• Restock/Replenishes products based on pars for all the various retail locations across the theme parks.
• Able to track/log all inventories accurately for multiple locations.
• Candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Candidate must be able to handle light guest interactions professionally.
• Candidate must have strong hospitality skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving.
• Can communicate well with others.
• Have strong time management skills.
• Work well alone, as well as in a group setting
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a positive rehire status at all Orlando Theme parks.
• 2+ years in retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution, or similar experience is highly preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record, as a motor vehicle check will be required.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, push/pull, and able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. overhead.
• Candidate must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business demands.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have strong hospitality skills and previous customer service experience.
