Daily Responsibilities

The Reporting & Analytics Lead leads the development and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities, ensuring consistent, accurate, and actionable insights for the project stakeholders.

Define and implement reporting strategy and framework.

Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting outputs.

Oversee analytics tools and data visualization platforms.

Ensure data is accessible and usable for business users.

Drive adoption of self-service analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Must have resided in the United States for the past 3 years within the last 5 years.

Must be able to complete/pass/hold at a minimum a federal public trust investigation.

10+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.

Experience with BI tools (i.e., QuickSight, Tableau).

Experience supporting enterprise reporting initiatives.

Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.

Experience with large-scale healthcare or federal data systems (i.e. FDA, NIH, etc.) is preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science or related field.
