Reporting and Administrative Analyst

Job Title: Reporting & Administrative Analyst

Position Summary:
The Reporting & Administrative Analyst plays a key role in supporting business operations through high-quality reporting, data analysis, and executive-level presentations. This position requires advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, strong Excel skills, and experience working within an ERP system—specifically P21—to extract and analyze data. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain professional, executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Translate complex data into clear, visually engaging slides, dashboards, and reports
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data from P21 (ERP system) to support reporting and business decisions
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization)
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist with billing processes, including invoice preparation, review, and distribution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting needs
  • Standardize presentation formats, templates, and reporting processes for consistency
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of materials for meetings
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal and external communications
  • Maintain organized records, files, and reporting documentation

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, reporting, or data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required (ability to build polished, executive-ready presentations)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience working with an ERP system (P21 preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to present data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience using P21 (Prophet 21) for reporting and data extraction
  • Experience creating dashboards or visual reports
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices
  • Experience supporting leadership or executive teams

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
