Under general supervision, the Reporting and Integrations Analyst is responsible for designing, creating and executing analytical products including standard reporting, custom reporting, import/export data files, eligibility processing, dashboards, and simulation models. This role works with staff to produce routine reports that provide valuable insight for all areas of the business to enable continuous business improvements with current practices, products and services.

What You?ll Do:
As the Reporting & Integrations Analyst, you will:
- Work with business users and decision makers at various levels within the organization to understand business data needs and translate them into the required reporting solutions. Develop and execute standard reports and data files using MS SQL Server data query tools and provide them to users. Assist with the development of custom reports.
- Interpret standard data and analyze results using analytical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets. Refer complex projects to higher-level staff for review.
- Complete daily production tasks, including, but not limited to, eligibility processing, claim and cycle reporting, and operational reporting. Support eligibility data flow monitoring to help ensure accurate and timely processing. Escalate issues when necessary.
- Execute tasks in alignment with established business and information needs. Support corporate initiatives and projects related to data requests and analytical products. Submit routine reports to internal staff and executive team as requested.
- Initially validate results using established, predefined criteria to ensure data integrity of the reports and/or files produced.
- Fulfill internal custom data reporting, dashboard, and file requests based on defined requirements. Develop simple queries, conduct testing, maintain dashboards, and execute any import/export processes. Document established report data formatting, delivery methods, and maintenance procedures.
- Assist with technical aspects of external implementations, supporting standardized data exchange processes. Develop and test eligibility data files, claim files, and custom extracts or reports. Define profiles and document procedures.
- Support training activities for internal users on reporting tools and provide ongoing assistance to both internal users and external partners. Help in coordinating data file transfers with system vendors and external partners.
- Adhere to technical directions to support staff. Use existing procedures to solve routine problems. Receive instruction, guidance and direction from others.
- Develop an understanding of the organization, its processes and customers. Apply standard methods to address clearly defined problems. Receive close guidance and direction from more senior team members. Problems faced are typically straightforward with limited complexity.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, and/or Mathematics preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous related experience preferred (e.g. authoring SQL queries and using report writing tools with SSRS experience).
Competencies:
- Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data mining.
- Solid problem analysis skills to include the use of mathematical concepts to validate results.
- Developing analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Professional.
- Basic Microsoft SQL proficiencies
- Clear and concise communication with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
- Manage and prioritize work effectively with general supervision.
- Basic knowledge of encryption and secure data handling
- Basic software development lifecycle knowledge
- Dashboarding experience (Power BI preferred)
- Awareness of data governance and security practices in HIPAA-regulated environments
